West Suburban Community Pantry needed to launch its Virtual Food Pantry, which is a free online grocery store that reduces stigma and makes food access feel empowering. The challenge: create messaging and visuals that spoke directly to families in need while also engaging donors and community partners.
As Art Director, I focused on empathy and clarity. We developed a visual system and toolkit comprising flyers, FAQs, social graphics, emails, and presentation templates that made it easy for partners and advocates to effectively spread the word. To extend reach, we designed low-cost promotional tools like QR-code stickers and snack packs, ensuring the message traveled through community events and networks.
